In the last couple of days we got our visas, changed some dollars into Ugandan shillings (1,650 shillings to 1 dollar) and went to some open air markets where we shopped for gifts to bring home.Tomorrow George is taking us to the source of the Nile river, and to a large set of waterfalls. I am really looking forward to getting out of all the hecticity (just made that word up!) of this crazy city and seeing the countryside of Uganda. Then, Friday morning, we head up to Yambio. I’m so looking forward to that!
