Kampala…chaotic, exhaust-filled traffic literally clogs the streets and intersections. Autos and motorcycles still come barreling into the intersection, but, they do honk at everyone to announce their arrival. There were times today when we were a fraction of an inch from a collision, but, our driver, George, is amazingly skilled at maneuvering through the pandemonium.
